Pets On Wheels Grant

The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore’s (CFES) Carol Steffy Spirit of Esther Fund awarded a $2700 grant to Pets On Wheels of Delmarva, a nonprofit organization of volunteers composed of pets and handlers, who visit nursing homes, assisted living homes, homes for the handicapped, schools and other facilities.
