The Carol Steffy Spirit of Esther Fund at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore (CFES) contributed $1,000 to the PAC 14 Endowment Fund. Carol Steffy established the Spirit of Esther Fund in memory of her mother, Esther Sinnott Moore. The donation will allow PAC 14 to continue to provide local community oriented television programming. “This donation helps ensure PAC 14’s future in our community,” according to Creig Twilley, Executive Director of PAC 14.
