The Community Foundation awarded a $5,000 Community Needs Grant to the Jesse Klump Memorial Fund, Inc. to support a year-long mental health awareness campaign and conference.
The scholarship fund serves as a permanent memorial to honor Jesse’s life and the impact he made on those around him. The Jesse Klump Memorial Fund provides financial assistance to graduates of Snow Hill High School.
