Pocomoke City Rotary Establishes J. Dawson Clarke Memorial Scholarship at Community Foundation

Pocomoke City Rotary Club created a legacy at the Community Foundation by establishing the Pocomoke City Rotary J. Dawson Clarke Memorial Scholarship. Pocomoke City Rotary established the fund to benefit Pocomoke High School students.
