Ocean City Berlin Optimists contributed $16,0000 to the Community Foundation OC Berlin Optimist Youth Foundation Scholarship Fund. This scholarship benefits graduates from Stephen Decatur High School.
According to Richard Caproni, “We want to see kids going to college and by partnering with the Community Foundation, we’re assured that this fund will help us support education for years to come.”
The Ocean City Berlin Optimists established an endowment fund in their organization’s name through the Community Foundation. In partnership with the Community Foundation, the Ocean City Optimist Youth Foundation, Inc. is assured of being able to perpetuate Decatur High school scholarships in the future.
