Local Public Access Channel PAC 14 Establishes Permanent Endowment Fund at Community Foundation


PAC 14, the public access television channel for Wicomico County, has established a permanent endowment fund at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore. This fund will provide ongoing support for the programs and services PAC 14 provides to our Community.

PAC 14 officially opened its doors in November of 1998 as "Access 26" and aired its first program on March 15, 1999. In 2010, PAC 14 was incorporated as PAC 14 Inc., a 501c3 organization. The CFES endowment fund will supplement funding from the City of Salisbury and Wicomico County. PAC 14 is also supported in-kind by Salisbury University and with donations from program sponsorships. These sources together will help PAC 14 carry out the mission of providing local community oriented television programming.
