Shockley Named CFES 2009 Advisor of the Year

Ocean City attorney Raymond C. Shockley has been named the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore's (CFES) 2009 Professional Advisor of the Year in recognition of his outstanding service in promoting philanthropy for the benefit of the community.  Shockley has been responsible for helping to establish over $2 million in endowed gifts at the Foundation that provide support for local charities in perpetuity.  Above, Shockley receives a plaque in recognition of the award from Spicer Bell, CFES President.
