Fraternal Order of Eagles Establishes Scholarship Fund

The Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #4503 in Salisbury has established a scholarship fund at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore (CFES) to annually benefit Wicomico County high school graduates in financial need who will be attending Wor-Wic Community College. Spicer Bell, CFES President, (l) receives the nonprofit organization’s initial $5000 gift for the endowed scholarship from Charles Arbogast, (c), Eagles Treasurer; and Michael Stein, (r) Eagles Trustee.
