Foundation Celebrates 25th Anniversary Jubilee
May 11, 2009
A cake cutting ceremony was held to honor Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore's founders and early leaders at the 25th Anniversary Jubilee held May 8th at the Fountains Conference Center in Salisbury. Over 300 persons attended the celebration. Representing those who helped to create and grow the Foundation were: (l to r) Art Cooley, current Board Chair; Sue Morris, past board member and widow of founder Frank Morris; Bob Cook, an early Foundation advocate and first executive director; and Virginia Korff, a founder and former board member.
