CFES Announces New Membership to Board of Directors
New board members bring strong community leadership to foundation board
December 7, 2010

The
Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore welcomes three new members to its
board of directors following formal announcement at the Foundation’s Annual Meeting,
Awards and Report to the Community on Friday, November 5th at The Fountains
Conference Center in Salisbury.
The following three new board
members were elected to serve a three-year term:
Stephanie Willey, a native of
Salisbury, is the Local Sales
Man
ager for Comcast Spotlight in Salisbury. Actively involved in the community, Stephanie
is a 2004 Past President of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce. She served as the Champion for Habitat’s
Women Build Project in 2007. In
addition, she serves on advisory boards for the Wicomico Mentoring Project,
Wicomico County Tourism, and Salisbury University Town/Gown Council, the
Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, the Drug Free Wicomico Committee and the
Board of Trustees for the Salisbury Award.
Stephanie was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women by The Daily Record in 2008 and also the 2008 Comcast Spotlight President’s Club
winner. Most recently, she completed
Comcast Spotlight’s Women in Leadership Program.

native of Smith Island, MD and is the Nationwide Insurance and Financial
Services Representative and President of Marshall’s Insurance and Financial
Services in Pocomoke, Maryland. He is a member
of the Lower Eastern Shore Heritage Council (LESCH), immediate past president
of Salisbury University Alumni Association and is an active charter member of
the Salisbury-Sunrise Rotary Club.
Dwight is a member of the Delmarva Association of Insurance and
Financial Advisors and is active on the Tylerton Community Council (TCC), the
Smith Island Cultural Alliance Center and Tylerton United Methodist Church.

with Peninsula Neurological Associates in Salisbury. He graduated from the University of Maryland

Church and the Peninsula Regional Medical Center.
