New Community Foundation Funds
Below are a selection of new funds:
LOCAL OWNER RESTURANT ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP FUND - A fund to provide scholarships to student graduating from Wicomico County schools.
VIRGINIA B. LAYFIELD MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT FUND - A fund to provide support to the Wesley Theological Seminary of the Methodist Church, Little Sisters of Jesus and Mary, and the Antioch United Methodist Church.
VIRGINIA B. LAYFIELD ADMINISTRATIVE ENDOWMENT FUND - An endowment to support the work of the Community Foundation.
WOR-WIC MAUREEN D. CAPELLI ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP - A scholarship administered by Wor-Wic Community College.
WOR-WIC THOMAS G. HANLEY ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP - A scholarship administered by Wor-Wic Community College.
EASTERN SHORE MISSION OF MERCY FUND - A fund to support the Mission of Mercy held in Salisbury in 2013.
FROST DESIGNATED ENDOWMENT FUND - A fund to support the Humane Society of Wicomico County and the Museum of Chincoteague Island.
BETHEL CEMETERY PERPETUAL CARE FUND - A fund established by Bethel United Methodist Church, to provide care for their cemetery.
DEBBIE AND MICHAEL WESSELS FUND - A donor advised fund
SALISBURY WICOMICO LION'S CLUB ENDOWMENT FUND - A fund to support the chairitable or educational purposes of the club.
WHITTINGTON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP - A scholarship fund to benefit a Somerset County Maryland graduate.
JOHN STEPHANOS AHEPA SCHOLARSHIP - A scholarship fund to benefit students who are associated with St. George Greek Orthodox Church in OceanCity, MD, or AHEPA Chapter 511.
