The Community Foundation supports a wide range of charitable and faith-based organizations throughout the Lower Eastern Shore, specifically Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester County, and has developed a number of unique grant programs to meet different needs. New applicants are encouraged to contact the Program Department to discuss their needs and receive guidance on how to apply. An overview of our programs is provided here.
