The purpose of The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore is to empower donors to make a profound difference in the quality of life in Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore - today and tomorrow. The Foundation believes in the power of philanthropy and provides community leadership through grants, nonprofit support programs, charitable partnerships and local initiatives in Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties.

Shorebirds launch Community Fund
For the full story, click here.  The Delmarva Shorebirds have established a Community Fund at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore to support charitable causes on the Lower Eastern Shore.
