Community Foundation Awards $1,600 Grant to Assist Worcester County Arts Council

The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore awarded Worcester County Arts Council a $1,600 Community Needs Grant to support Paint Berlin, an outdoor arts event scheduled to bring artists and local residents together in September 2013. 

According to Anna Mullis, Executive Director, Worcester County Arts Council, “We are extremely grateful to the Community Foundation for their support.  These funds will assist our efforts to coordinate this one of a kind outdoor event—one that people of
all ages will enjoy.”

“We are happy to assist the Worcester County Arts Council in their efforts to engage local artists and residents in this exciting event,” said Doug Wilson, President, Community Foundation.  “We believe it is through partnerships such as these that we can make meaningful changes in our communities.”
